When considering the burn time of our 10-ounce coconut blend wax candles, it's important to acknowledge that several factors can influence how long the candle will last. The design and size of the candle holder, the number of wicks, the duration of each burning session, and the method used to extinguish the flame can all impact the burn time. Regularly trimming the wick is also crucial for extending the candle's lifespan and promoting a cleaner burn. At Rekindle Candle, each new fragrance undergoes evaluations and assessment to ensure it provides optimal aroma and burn duration. Under typical conditions, a 10-ounce candle with one wick, placed in a standard holder, will last around 55+ hours when burned under ideal conditions. However, the burn times for 10-ounce candles in shorter, wider holders can vary based on the number of wicks used. During our testing, a heart-shaped wooden holder with different wick configurations displayed various burn times_ one wick burned for approximately 24 hours, leaving excess wax, while two wicks lasted approximately 19 hours with no remaining wax, and three wicks burned for about 16 hours with no leftover wax. Ultimately, we encourage you to enjoy your candles as you like, while being mindful that there are methods to extend their lifespan. Once your candles are finished, you can easily refill them for continuous enjoyment.
